I had a flat tire the first week. They should fire everyone!! 😱

I did have the front and rear windows seals replaced within 90 days. Mines a 2023, so I guess it was "part of the problem".

I haven't had any problems in 3+ years on my Base V6/auto. Granted I only have 15K on the odometer, but so far so good.

Of course... I've got that backup camera issue outstanding, but I've only seen my camera act up twice in 3 years.

Note: I'll bitch more if I start seeing cracks in the top. So far... none.

Bad window seals on both my 21 and 22, Shock reservoir fell off my 21 in the second year, Both ASIN 7MT Transmissions sound like a box of rocks below 40 degrees (I believe that to be normal for this tranny though), the 22 is worse than the 21 was for that, Brake Vacuum issue on the 21, spider web cracks in the 22s MIC top, charging issues on the 21.

All that I actually think is acceptable for the first and second year of a new launch, and overall, I've been ok with it, and fixed everything myself, mostly with knowledge gained here, after the first attempt by a dealer to fix the brake issue saying I'd have to wait for a new booster sensor to come in, knowing they were wrong.

What would be unacceptable to me would be having all the same problems on a 23 or later, and many of these problems still existed in 25, and it looks like at least the 26 will have some of them (MIC Anyone?).

Three years is way too long to Iron out production issues that existed in the first year.

Ford is usually good for 5 years to start a fix. My example would be the superduty 6 OH!! no motor. They acted like there was no problem till 04, then discreetly made some changes that kind of helped in 05 in 08 they scraped the motor all together. great motor if you fix three main issues.

Obviously whoever did the quality measuring excluded TSB and recalls in first year it's probably just first 30-90 days and then there's a 60-120 Ford reporting lag so everything looks peachy haha.

Regardless of what Ford thinks of themselves in the grand scheme of things, you all here have done an amazing service of product testing and quality control. If only the AF would have listened when we had aircraft and equipment issues!
It does seem like the issues are getting worked out, due to the Bronco communities rigorous testing program team (you guys), for the most part. The 24 and 25 is still early, but besides the MIC tops, Id like to believe they are listening and many issue are in the past.
MICT is a four letter word........

To be fair (please repeat in Letterkenny fashion), considering it is a new high tech and trail/bash worthy piece of equipment, it has performed well in the last five years. If there is an issue, yo guys WILL FIND IT! I am confident they (Ford) is listening and taking note; they better be. Keep at it boys and girls!! It's fun!

Yes, Front differential unit.
That's telling me you are an avid quality control technician enjoying the vehicle. Lol
What size of tire you running on your 23?

These are def not as hefty as our 80-96 DANA 44s, and those are questionable with anything over 35s.

I was running the stock tires when it failed. I was unmodified when it failed. This was purely a quality control issue at Dana I believe. The second one failed within a week of it being installed. The third one has been a 100% fine I am now on 37s and has been through a lot of hard wheeling.
I broke one axle after using the dig brakes. Or rather Ford's version of a dig brake.
It was Replaced thunder warranty. I have since broken 2 more axles. 1 a replacement axle 2 a Ford performance axle..
The second and third axle I did not ask for warranty. I had the Bronco under tremendous stress with lockers on.
This is the place that I believe I have pushed past the stock design limit and will upgrade the front differential unit.

Oh dang! Sounds like you need to be on the Ford R&D payroll! Lol
Always good to hear someone using their Bronco the way it was supposed to be used.

Day one picking up my new Bronco, the driver side plastic seat tilt lever cracked off in my hand, lol. Besides that the only issue is my now cracking MIC top which is not cool. Otherwise I like the vehicle a lot, so glad and still surprised Ford got back into the open top doors off 4x4 game.
