This ain’t an Audi brother. But your flaws do seem a bit outside the norm, even for a Bronco. Only similar issue I had was the driver door has a bit of “poke” at the bottom where it meets frame, similar to your bumper veilance.

G-wagon has front, center, and rear locking diffs. Tons of ground clearance courtesy of air suspension. No articulation and shit tires. Install good tires, don’t roll it, destroy a lot of painted parts and you would be shocked where a G-wagon can go.
No you missing my point. I am aware how capable it is, but you can’t buy a new g-wagon for the cost of a bronco.

My Bronco arrived finally after 2 years waiting. I have some back and forth regarding my financing, so I can't take delivery until tomorrow. I just went out to look at it and it was pretty disappointing. Some journalists praised the Outerbanks as "mini G-Wagon" or "alternative to Defender". Are they serious? The Quality of this truck is below any other vehicle I have ever owned. Ford Quality control must be either sleeping all day or they are not existing.

-First thing I noticed was that one of the door trims was completely out of place, I had to adjust and push it in place.
-The trim above the front bumper is not aligned with the rest of the body. I thought that is only with mine but I went around and all the Broncos on the lot had this misalignment. Some more, some less.
- On the same trim, there is scratch about 1.5 inch long (see picture).
- The hard top is a joke. Look at the pictures and look how it looks from inside. I don't know what they were smoking as they decided to build it the way they did. I know they had to come up with a quick solution to clean the mess from the first generation but what the heck is that?? Have the decency to paint it or cover it with something.
-What is this welding thing on the paint?
- In the interior portion there were all sort of scratches and dirt, didn't have the desire to look deeper since it was not detailed yet. Might be different after detailing.

The truck was not detailed yet and I am sure after detailing I will find more stuff once I take the time to look more in detail.

This is not the 20K dollar Maverick. This is a Bronco which has almost the same price as the Mercedes GLE. I guess it is the way it is and I hope @Ford Motor Company listens and will do something about it. Expect more from a truck which costs over 55k dollars.

Sorry to hear but you've made a rookie mistake in this forum, pointing out your issues with the Bronco in the thread created to point out your issues with the Bronco...

This is about Ford nut-swingers and fanbois criticizing and jumping on the throats of anyone that dares say anything is wrong with a Ford product... In short, you are always the "issue"

Rookie mistake...

You can't buy the paint job on a G-Wagon for the price of a Bronco.

Just sayin'
Why would you say something then say just sayin? You just said it.

I mean... I hate to say it, but if I'm being honest, these issues are about on-par for vast majority of mass-manufactured vehicles.

The biggest issue is probably the interior of the hard top. I do think the interior finish on the Wrangler hard top is better than the Bronco, but it definitely isn't overwhelmingly better.
As a Jeep owner and a Bronco owner, I can attest to the fact that the Jeep hardtop, both inside and out, IS overwhelmingly better.

I have a New Defender and the build quality is impeccable, my 2020 Jeep Wrangler with the hard top is perfect, and my new Base Sas Bronco is actually up there with both...maybe you got a "Friday" vehicle

I must of got one they spent more time on 1/22 or the dealership did a great job. I mean the plastic is cheapish but it’s a off road vehicle. Paint was flawless. Fit and finish on mine is great. Really don’t have any gripes for it. It’s not on par with my burban for quality but that one was 86k. Mechanical and fun wise, way better than the burban. Hope this was just a bad fit and finish group. I’d feel horrible if this is what people are getting now on the daily.

Surprisingly, my 2016 lexus that I traded for the bronco had WAY more plastic creaks and rattles than the bronco itself. About 4k miles in & loving mine so far.

"FORD" is not an excuse and so is the category of this vehicle. Their QC is shit especially for its price, simple as that.

Will admit the interior of the MIC sucks. I've had an '05 Wrangler which was much better, so it can be done. Other than that the Bronco is an amazing $30K vehicle. I'm sure it becomes less amazing the further from that $ figure you paid.

I had a fingernail size shipping scratch at delivery, they want to tear down and repaint the entire passenger side, I said no thanks, I can't even find it now.

To be fair, the Bronco is actually a 30k vehicle that you optioned to 55k. And, unfortunately, 55k is not a lot of money when it comes to new vehicle prices. All items that should have been caught regardless but I think you let the final price tag cloud over what you were actually buying.

Ford or not - I can tell that most people in this thread never drove / owned a new vehicle from pretty much ANY manufacturer in the 80s or 90s. If it bothers you - document it - and get it fixed. I was shocked how good the paint on our '22 BB 2dr was. I was all ready to cut and buff the infamous Ford orange peel - and imagine my shock when there wasn't much to speak of at all.

Hell, a good friend of mine took delivery of a new Corvette not too long ago and we spent all day correcting the paint on that thing.

Guess I got lucky.
