Finally got around to putting some 3W floor mats, cargo liner, and seat back liners up in the Bronco & thought to share how they stacked up against my old OEM front mats and Mabett/IAG cargo/seat back setup.

Checked out the usual stuff — material, fit, spill protection. The 3W dropped right in without trimming, covered the rear floor in one solid piece, and gave me the choice to run carpet or not in the front & back.

As for the cargo area, I started this thinking I’d stick with Mabett/IAG setup, but ended up sticking with the 3W set in my rig. Mabett/IAG cargo setup is thicker and has better raised edges, but the 3W dropped right in without trimming the mats to fit my molle panel setup.

Oh, and for you ADHD folks with short attention spans — don’t worry, the video’s got plenty of ASMR-worthy mat snapping and clicking to keep your brain entertained while I talk.

For anyone looking for a set, I negotiated 33% off with 3W, using code rustysbronco at checkout.

If my Bronco didn’t come with the OEM’s, I probably would have went elsewhere, but being I’m not into rebuying something that’s fine, it was OEM’s for the win. So I just bought the matching OEM cargo liner. I do need seat backs though.

Additionally the cargo liner did a great job pooling the water when my top leaked due to a poorly seated seal on rear window.

Mine was right here, saw it immediately after I bought it. Mines a 2 door. Simply pulled the seal off in that area and reseated it and it hasn’t happened since. Almost a year now.

Having used WeatherTech, OEM, Husky and 3M I must say that 3M surpassed them all in quality, fit and price. I've had them in for over a year without any complaints. I can't speak to the cargo mats because I don't use them. Nor have I used Mabett mats. Although I've had mixed quality issues with Mabett products I think their product support is among the best and I'll keep them on my short list for go-to items by virtue of their customer service.

My biggest "rave" about theirs was the heavy duty and how they did the cutouts for the cargo hooks. You can have those in use to strap down a cooler, have a spill, and still be ok. With the 3W's you'll have a spill over based on how the cutouts lack a big lip.

3W is the only mats I use, and will use in any vehicle I get. They are that good, and better than any other mat set up out there.

Holy smokes!!!!! Those are near identical to the floor mats I got off Amazon from a seller called Lasfit. So who is the Knock off? Because mine are 500% better than the Weathertech mats they replaced.

In my experience Weathertech is garbage. OEM or Husky for the win.
