I’m sorry what? I was trying to be genuine. That’s the HVAC system which is a two part case design. I can understand the confusion and hence helped point out what it wasn’t.
My apology. On my phone that box looks like an engine trans.

When I put my floor heat on high I can hear it blowing, but I barely feel anything. Are you all experiencing the same thing?
Works for me. Try closing your upper vents and see if that helps.

Oh, and I always turn the upper vents off to get the full foot experience.

That’s the thing, though. When we do that (those of us who have this issue), all the air comes out the defroster and side vents and still doesn’t go to the floor…

Any new info on these? Even on floor heat blowing max I don't seem to feel any air flow coming out at all. My daughter could feel the warm air when I aimed the upper center vents at her and the car retains heat well, so it's not the end of the world - I just want to make sure I'm not overlooking something silly.
I wish I could complain about this but like 90% of the forum I still don’t have my bronco. Can’t we go back to complaining about that🤪

I almost started this exact thread but was waiting to hit 5k miles. The non-existence of lower heat/ac. This is even worse for the back of the car. I've been daily driving my bronco for 3 months and this is the main item I feel was designed poorly.

While other things (cough, hartop) have have been produced poorly. And people have run into issues while doing strenuous off roading (arm bars and socket things), the idea that air doesn't flow in any real manner to the lower 4 vents on a 4dr is nuts.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my bronco. But I hope aftermarket can fix this because if so, I'm buying.

Im in the hvac business and I would say damper issue if all ducts are on.More than enough air volume to blast down to feet and back area if those ducts are isolated , just my opinion.

The thin plastic tubes shown in Flips post #8 seem really small.
If you crawl up under your dash and "fiddle" around about 10-12 inches below where 18C420A joins with 18D327 I think and handiman could make a diverter at that joint to bring a little more air flow into the footwell. It is a small area for my big self to work in so I have not done more than look.
Gee, I think cars have had heat for only like what, 80 years or so? Gotta give Ford time to figure it out I guess.

Definitely an issue when I have it on "feet" but I don't notice it much when I use "auto"
