First Snow With The Bronco

Just had to share my excitement of my first drive in snow with my Bronco. I look forward to driving this machine everyday and the snow fall took it to another level. Can't wait for a heavier snow than the .5 dusting we got today. Sidenote...I love the Kenda's I put on her and recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade tires.

“Can’t wait”? LOL, come up to Fernie, BC if you can’t wait! Been like this for 3 weeks, and growing. People have been out shovelling the snow load off their roofs.

(BTW, I’ve had my Bronco ceramic coated and it’s been in the garage while the coating hardens. My F150s been taking on the conditions though the Bronco’s been out on occasion. And yes, I really like how it performs in the snow and on the ice.)

I would love for snow like that here. We used to get 5-8 inches of snow regularly when I was kid but now it just dustings or ice. Did you ceramic coat the Bronco yourself of have it done? I am debating having that done as well.

I went with 285/70/17's so I did not have to mess with a lift or remove the crash bars. I am finding the Kendas to be very smooth and quiet even with the A/T tread, but they like to pick up rocks. I cannot comment on other brands like BFB KO2's but the price, appearance and ride for these are great. There are 2 other members on here that have them and love them...they are where I found out about them. Sadly, I only have 130 miles on them (205 total on Bronco) so I cannot give an in depth review.

My first snow was the on the drive home after taking delivery this past Monday! Second snow is coming tonight, and I'm hoping for at least six inches.

Had it done by the pros. I had the front half of it PPFd then ceramic coating over the entire thing. Oh, and after hearing about the windshield’s propensity for rock chips I put a film on it as well.

The results are pretty impressive on the coating. It’s pricey but reasonable for the work done.
