With a pile of resources from @pandapaul and @Figmo I've decided to take the plunge and fit the Everglades snorkel to my 2.3/7MT Badlands. For now, all I have is a pile of parts. I have everything from Paul's part list - the external and internal snorkel body tubes with covers, the flex tube, the airbox lid and gasket, the mirror and A-pillar bracket, the exterior mounting bolts and airbox lid screws, as well as the Everglades washer bottle and mounting bracket.

Step 1 is to swap the washer bottles. This is probably the most involved part of the swap (not counting cutting holes) and I'm balking somewhat - I'm thinking I may be short fasteners when I get in there. I was wondering if @Ducati1098 or @flip could help me out with the drawings or part numbers that would let me see what hardware I need to attach the bottle to the bracket, and the bracket to the body. I'm not certain what I can reuse from the original install and whether I'll have to add any more fasteners.
Since Paul's thread did not detail the washer bottle swap, I'm trying to do that properly and document as much as possible here.

I have the service manual procedure on removing the current washer bottle, but I haven't been able to find a procedure for installing the new one. If anyone has PDFs or drawings featuring the Everglades washer system, I'd love to see them.

This is what the catalog shows. You tell me which pieces you want a part number for and I’ll get them

As far as installation, the workshop manual only shows instructions for the normal washer reservoir, nothing for the Everglades.

HB1 here may be what I need - not certain if I have those or not right now.
I think the lower portions just snap into the bracket.

I got a complete washer bottle assembly which appears to cover all components marked with the orange square. It seems like the downstream components are the same.

There’s a few similar bolts for the normal washer reservoir, so this may not even be something you need. You can likely just reuse the other ones.

The part number also gives me the bolt size so I may just get them from a hardware store if I need them. Either way, much appreciated. I am hoping to get this done in the next week or so, if I can find some hands for this portion.

A joy to see more snorkelage happening! I never did come back around and deal with the washer fluid system. Thought for sure I would, but I've just been running without it.

I'll keep an eye out here to see how it goes and provide help if I can.

So far so good?

I've wanted the Everglades fun parts since the beginning, but I had to have a 2-door and a manual, and the swaybar disconnect was too fun to pass up.
The parts came down in price a bit, and in several consecutive moments of weakness, I ordered them all. Shoutout to the eBay seller who had the inner snorkel tube portion for significantly less than any parts house I could find.

I got to see an Everglades washer system up close today at the NTX Bronco Club event - adding that to the photos from your thread, I've got a better idea of what I'm up against. I have a local shop or two that's down to chop once I finish.
I also told several people in person that I'm doing it, so now I really have to!

I'll admit my primary goals are to pipe turbo sounds to the cockpit and look cool, but now that I know the locations of the breathers, I may raise those as well. I've noticed the factory intake picks up a lot of debris in the filter, especially bugs, so I'm hoping the snorkel will help with that too.

Turbo sounds for the win. Sounds kinda like Darth Vader. My 7 year old son loves it almost as much as I do. :)

Very exciting developments! Pics as you go plz, so I can learn from your washer fluid install in particular.

Today we got the factory washer bottle out - it's a bit of a fight, but it's gone. It is relatively easy to get out - only one plug and two hose clips, but the fender liner needs to come out to drop it, and for that the wheel needs to come off...

We also hit our first major snag. NB3Z-7D438-A, the new bracket that carries the washer reservoir and DCM, appears to need another bracket to go between it and the fender.
From my Everglades pictures, I can see I'm missing bolted connections to the inside fender support and some kind of bracket that has an L section and two bolt holes at the top - I appear to have the holes in my body but no bolts to match.

This is the bracket I'm after, shown on an actual Everglades. Hard to see here, but there are actually 4 holes - two round for the bolts and two square for some kind of fitting, I assume a slide/clip-on nut. I'd be interested to know about those fittings as well, since the holes seem to be unthreaded and otherwise "blind."

I was only able to see this Everglades at a Bronco show, and didn't ask them to pull the snorkel tube for a better look - maybe I should have. If any EG owners would mind pulling their interior snorkel tube apart to show me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Much appreciated. We're hoping we can use the brackets to make a template for the hole - I don't have too many resources for the Everglades with the snorkel removed, especially under the hood.

I forgot to @Ducati1098 in my previous post. Oh great part number wizard, if you can find me that bracket, I think that's all I need to move forward.

Catalog just shows it bolting right to the fender reinforcement. If you can get an engineering number off the bracket, I may be able to cross reference it though.

That's definitely the bracket I have now (non-Everglades) for carrying the DCM only - at least visually.
NB3Z-7D438-A carries the Everglades washer bottle and DCM, but has no provisions to bridge that gap or go around the place where the DCM currently mounts - that seems to be the job of the bracket I'm missing.

The one I'm looking for seems to bolt in here, where it didn't look like Paul had any holes, but I definitely do, and they seem to correspond with that EG bracket.

Ford Bronco Everglades Snorkel Retrofit IMG_7472

Unfortunately, as installed, that bracket is likely sandwiched between the frame and the washer carrier, so it'd be difficult for anyone to get in there and find a number on it without serious disassembly, at least getting behind the washer bottle or under the fender.
Maybe Ford was polite enough to leave one in plain view.
I'll do all the legwork I can. As always, your help is greatly appreciated.

Since Ford doesn't like to actually show it in the drawings, this is the Everglades washer bottle bracket I have - the stickered side goes toward the fender, and has 3 holes plus a "hook" on top that appear to be used to mount it to this mysterious intermediate bracket.
The DCM bolts to the back.
The washer and DCM both fit great, there's just no way to attach them to the fender.
