So my Badlands has been at the dealership over a week now. Put a new radio in and it didn’t work. Did not show a number to register for satellite. Mechanic is almost positive it’s the APIM. He submitted all the information to Ford engineers last Thursday and is waiting for a reply. Anyone know where else or what else I can do. Someone other than Ford customer service to contact.
Customer service is worthless as all I get is they will add the information to the case.
Any help please, he can’t order the part unless they tell him too.

Unfortunately.... unless you want to order the part yourself, and pay out of pocket... you are stuck waiting on the process to play through.
