Driving lights in bumper.

So, my ‘25 Big Bend came with the basic bumper with no driving lights. Does anyone know if the plastic where the lights mount is removable for me to mount some?

I cut the bumper up and through it in the garbage can but do have the stock fog lights…free for shipping…probably more than they are worth…
