Noticed wet floor under floor mat. Haven't washed raptor, no off roading, but have drove over road water puddles.

Anyone had issues with this?

How long have you had it? Has it rained recently? Was it standing water, condensate, just damp carpet? Need more info......

If rained recently and no leaks or drips noticed hanging from trim, it might be one of the windshield header drains is disconnected and dumping water down the A-pillar instead of outside.

No other drivers to blame for a spill? Usually a a/c drain will dump on the passenger floorboard if not sticking through the firewall all the way or passthrough seal out of place. Looking at the diagram the drain does not look like it's in an area where it could possibly get to the driver side.

Ford service found leak on passenger window seal. Issue solved
