Doors Off Warnings

I have seen many posts about the warnings when the doors are off. From what i can tell, there is a small metal tab that is intended to short across 2 pins to stop this from happening. In my attempt to correct my problem I ended up messing this little tab up. I have tried to find a part number, with no luck, to replace it. Anyone here have a clue?

what? they just un bolt, then disconnect the harness and pull them up and away.

They come with the door wiring harness. I did a thread on them. There's 2 pins you can jumper (which the shorting bar used to do) that will stop the warnings
