nope, just offering an objective opinion.

Also, a-holes being called out to themselves is likely much more productive than coming to a forum to call them out when they aren’t around to hear it.
That would be escalating the situation , not a good idea. Just let the guy drive away and enjoy his Bronco alone, I'm sure the exhaust pipe is way bigger than it needs to be.

You’re not the bad guy, people can be ass holes. I make it a point to acknowledge every other Bronco driver I see in public and some of them don’t acknowledge me back. I say to myself “oh well”, and move on. Some people don’t respond to basic human decency, but it’s a pretty common problem these days so just be the best you you can be and try not to take it so hard or you’ll be sad a lot of the time.
So true, but there is nothing wrong with venting on a fan site. This is a little different than not being acknowledged.

The jerk is the one who is complaining that he couldn't touch somebody else's property. And making fun of how the owner of said property takes care of it.
I know this is over your head, but I guess we can just leave out the part about the guy having a snarky demeaning attitude. This post has nothing to do with touching anything.

I try not to even look at other Bronco's when driving now because I don't want to offend the owner. Much less wave at them or touch their baby. What a great generation (sarcasm).
You hit the hammer on the head! Jeep owners are not so up tight, heck they even have fun ducking each other! Same goes for Maverick and Ranger owners, there is a big difference between those forums and this one. Something about Bronco brings out the worst in people?

Reading is fundamental.

"To my surprise as I reached for the door he says, "Yea! I mind! DON'T TOUCH MY Bronco!" And Then goes from smiling at us to looking back with a glare."

@Arrowbear Rider you managed to piss off 3 different groups with your thread:
- I bought it for its looks, I don’t off road.
- I like to keep my car clean
- And Get Off my Lawn
Might be a record??
this thread is getting more entertaining the a "when should I change my oil..... or what type of oil should I use" thread. Getting the popcorn and comfy chair.
I’m just happy someone finally explained what a porter is. Reading through seven pages of this thread was definitely a better use of time compared to a google search

I think this is a fair way to go about life. My Bronco cost a shit ton more than my dog and was a hell of a lot harder to get.

👍 Can I pet your dog?

🖕 Can I touch your Bronco?

I get where you’re going here, but in a supply and demand strained economy, the over consumption of goods at one price, causes sellers to adjust their calculus and raise prices until demand regains equilibrium with supply, so I was not incorrect.

Demand was crazy during 2021-2023, that’s why interest rates were raised and remain so; people keep spending money and in the case I call out, spending money on crap they don’t need.

With the supply chain already strained, most sellers felt correct that they were leaving money on the table.

Printing of money by the government isn’t what caused Ford to raise Bronco prices. Ford realizing that rich guys were paying ADM and whatever for a vehicle with sky high demand is what caused them to raise the price to where it is now, which is far more than I paid for mine with price protection.

Lots of guys just need to go back to the station wagons…. err, SUVs they came from and belong in, then prices can come down along with interest rates.
Interesting detour from the thread’s subject. 🤪😃
