Does this sound normal for a 3.0L? (Used BRaptor)

Been looking at a few used BRaptors and finally test drove one but it felt super anemic. The engine sounded like this. Cam phasers or normal?

But it was only 50F here in FL and the engine had warmed up for a 1-2 mins already.

FWIW, mine doesn’t sound like that but I’m also at 7500’ elevation and zero humidity. Can’t think why that’d make a difference tho.
