  1. NOTE: Make sure to note the position of the gasket prior to removal.
NOTE: Make sure the component is seated at correct position.
NOTE: The gasket is to be reused unless damaged.
    Remove the gasket.

Doubtful since it looks like a stamped steel cover and most people won't be opening it regularly. Pretty much any Dana 44 gasket should fit however.

Edit: I digress, looks like it might be. However, reusable gaskets are dependent on whether the last guy to touch it properly torqued the fasteners. I would splurge on a new Fel-Pro and some Permatex if it were me--cheap insurance.

Thank you!

But still a little confused with 2 different answers.

My last 2 ford had reusable gaskets. But does not mean the Bronco does.

This is not correct, the Advantek 44 is much different than the legacy Dana 44. It is colloquially known as the D44A or Advantek 44, and is the same as a Jeep Wrangler JL.

I heard that the "new" Jeep M220 was an updated D44 and had re-usable gasket.
Is the Advantek 44 the update version?

Also, do M220 rears come in different ratios?

I will have gasket juice if I mess up the existing gasket.

The Dana 44 and the Dana Advantek44 share no components, and the 44A is much stronger, in the footprint of the D44 with the capacity of the D60.

OP- I based my answer off incorrect info I didn't verify first, my apologies, and thank you @Exomodo for setting me straight. Maybe a gasket spec'ed for a '18-19 Wrangler would fit? I just don't see the point in messing with a reusable gasket in this application.

Spicer sells a Nodular cover, the same as the Ford motorsport cover, for half as much.
Part numbers
10040651 in Grey
10053468 in Blue
That is what led me down this rabbit hole in the first place. Unfortunately, this cover doesn't have the drain provision similar covers from Dana Spicer do, negating this advantage, unless you drill and tap it yourself...
If you find yourself fording water or in mud, changing the fluid is a reason for a reusable gasket or a drain plug lid.

I assume the stock cover does not have a drain bolt?

The Raptor does not have an oem drain bolt so I installed an aftermarket cover which has a drain bolt.

This is on my 2019 Raptor (https://ballisticfabrication.com/)

Correct, no drain. If they had a posted service interval I could see a factory installed plug. Guess they figure it's one less opportunity for the quickie lubes to upsell you.

Rhymes ....I'm learning as I go. Your post spurred others to post! All good.

I have old ways and want to do a differential fluid drain around 2-3,000 miles.
I've done this for most of my vehicles and always amazed at the silver junk that comes out.
May not make a hoot of difference to help the differential but makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

or is that just my long handles?

I just ordered Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 for my diffs. I was going to suck out the old fluid and fill but I would rather take it apart if there is a gasket available. My 2007 Super Duty had no gaskets and ended up installing Mag Hitech covers with O-rings. I had trouble getting the stock cover to seal with just Permetex.

Amsoil has successfully advertised to me also. Been using their gear oil for years.
I used to scrape cork gaskets off and then used gasket juice. Once I knew about resuable gaskets, I would rather not go back to any other kind.

Their products are exceptional. Do we know the answer yet? Our member flip will know for sure.
