It’s called community and being part of it. Be a Scrooge if you want to. I for one will continue to wave.

Ford Bronco Do we gotta do the jeep thing? 1654571428570

maybe this would be more to your liking, haha. Sometimes it’s nice to just acknowledge another person, never know if it will make their day.

I wave in all vehicles at all vehicles, because that’s what we do in farm country. My step dad from the city thought everyone was flipping him off lol.
I'm with you. It's not a Ford vs Jeep thing.. it's a lifestyle thing. Bronco guys and Jeep guys both appreciate the same way of life whether their money goes to Mopar or Fomoco.

I didn't plan out what I was going to do when I got my first 'Jeep wave', but when it came... I returned the friendly gesture and thought it was a cool thing to do. After that, I honestly think not returning a 'Jeep wave' is kind of a dick move. Why be all stuck up when someone is just trying to tell you they appreciate your ride?

Not that I'm going to go around 'ducking' anybody... but if I ever get ducked... I'll take it as another friendly gesture... not a Broncos-are-better-you-Jeep guys thing.

Incidentally, in the first week I had my Bronco, I got in a real sketchy situation in deep snow on a mountainside before I could get my winch mounted. You think I could sit around and wait for a Bronco to show up to lend a hand? Nope. 50x more Jeeps out there to give you a tug than there are Broncos... just sayin'.

As a huge vintage Ford guy, I openly give Chevy owners shit... but in reality... I respect that the are classic car enthusiasts rather waving my Ford fanboy flag in their face.

Besides, Ford built a lot of M151 'Jeeps' for the military over the years... so there's a lot more stuff that we have in common than most of us seem to be willing to admit. ✌

I think we should all just give each other the finger or even take both hands off the wheel and give a big up yours!
That's the adventure rider salute.

I wave back if I see it in time, but never initiate the wave. Unless I am on a boat, then I wave away.

I just don't get all the hate for this. Were on this forum talking about Broncos because we are all Bronco enthusiasts, why shouldn't we acknowledge each other's common interests?

It's a Harley thing too.
Not feeling it for Jeep,Harley,Bronco.
Bike* not just Harleys, and it's a way of saying ride/ stay safe.

Two fingers down = both tires stay down safely
