Yeah, they prematurely dry out the material you use them on and cause them to crack. A clean, damp, microfiber towel is all you need.

Griots interior detailer and Griots 3 in 1 ceramic spray wax after is all I use. Nothing else. Maybe a damp towel for small things in between cleaning. Ford should be ashamed selling us this environmentally friendly recycled crap plastic. Nothing like the plastic in my Ford work van. Very durable. I didn’t learn my lesson with my Maverick. But I like the Bronco.
