Dash Cam Recommendation for 2026 Heritage?

FITCAMX. I had one in my 2023 BD and have one ordered for my 60th Anniversary. Simple install, great fit and finish and video quality is excellent.

Looking at the fitcam specs, it seems to be purely a dash cam, not a trail cam. I.e. not much use - if any - to help guide over obstacles when off roading.
For that you need a camera mounted low and in front of the Bronco in the license plate/bumper area.

There’s 2 different models. One for 21-24 and one for 25+

Sorry, OP asked for a dashcam recommendation. Not a trailcam. He also didn't ask for a game trail camera or an aquatic, deep sea diving camera. He also didn't ask for a home security camera or a LE LPR/Flock camera. I'm clueless on all of those.

But as far as a great trail cam or forward looking camera? That's easy! I recommend the tiny little grill camera attached to the housing unit called, a FORD Bronco Raptor. It seems to do well for me on the Target speedbump trails, Walmart trails and the Dutch Bros trails. Haven't used it around the Harkins trails yet but my buddy said he used it on the AMC trails and he didn't hit one movie goer.
