  1. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

Would that require an additional AMp? I'm looking to do speakers only.
  2. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

I'm not aware of any EQ settings. I have adjusted tone settings but still can't quite get what I'm looking for. Some times I'll tune into SiriusXM, some times BT from my iphone, some times I use a thumb drive. Never bothered using a cable with my phone.
  3. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

Great review. My expertise is pale in comparison to yours. My music choices are probably a little different too. I play the trumpet and enjoy big band, dixieland and jazz. I am also a bagpiper. So my hearing is no doubt damaged. I like hard rock, pop, bluegrass and instrumental music. I...
  4. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

To me it just sounds like a tinny, cheap factory system.
  5. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

Absolutely. Without spending a fortune or adding amps, I'm hoping upgrading the speakers from the Ford factory ones will give me better sound.
  6. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

Top/doors never come off. Windows usually closed so I'm not trying to overcome outside noise.
  7. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

I looked at their kit and almost pulled the trigger but I wasn't planning on replacing the kick panel speakers. Exactly. I had a 2018 F-150 Raptor with a B & O system and I loved it. Never upgraded anything and was never disappointed in the sound.
  8. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

Still technically 4" I guess. The pods "look" identical but an Alpine S2-S40 4" speaker will not sit flush in the opening of the new Bronco pods. If I had to guess I would say shaving maybe a 1/16" all the way around the opening would let it drop in. However, in the old Bronco (2023) pods...
  9. Upgrading speakers… Not that simple

I have a basic understanding of audio systems. I set out to simply upgrade the speakers in my 2026 Outer Banks 60th Anniversary Bronco. No amps, just speakers. Anything has to be an improvement over the factory speakers. I always had good luck with Crutchfield. Following suggestions from other...
  10. You Don’t Think About Mud Flaps Until After the Trail

I'm not an off-roader. I wanted flaps to keep gravel from dinging up the side of my vehicle.
  11. RUBY RED Bronco Club

    23 days old. 455 miles.
  12. Redline Hood lift Max

I used my points and got mine through Ford Performance. The struts and all the hardware look identical. I'm guessing one makes them for the other.
  13. Asked to decide between Ranger or Bronco

Could be because I'm on my second Bronco but... I'd have to pick the Bronco. When I was much younger, I had a two tone grey ranger extra cab with a manual transmission. I loved it. Had a bed liner and had a friend of mine make a custom canvas tonneau cover. Dressed it up with some chrome...
  14. First Mystery On My New Bronco

No. Tool kit is in the glove compartment.
  15. First Mystery On My New Bronco

2026 60th Anniversary with 412 miles. When I make a sharp left hand turn I can hear a distinct "clunk" that sounds to me like it's coming from the right rear. My first thought was the cargo area. I threw a set of jumper cables (in a soft case) and a tow strap in the little cubby under the...
