On to another topic. I found out (the hard way) that Weathertech does not make mud flaps for this particular vehicle. I'd like to think I did everything I could BEFORE I ordered them. I reached out to customer service as their website makes no reference that I could find to "60th Anniversary...
That’s ok too. Please take this in the light hearted way it is intended. I’ve known me 64 years. I hate waxing. I have neither the equipment nor the dedication to wax a vehicle and therefore would end up doing a half-assed job. I could/would pay someone to do it but I do find a greater...
Just my opinion - first application is the hardest because you want to make sure you get good, even, coverage and all the bends and curves. I keep my “product on” and “product off” microfiber towels separate. The “product on” towel never really dries out. When I want to do a quick buff, grab...
I’ve never liked waxing. Talk about too much effort. I would pay someone before I did it myself. I hate it that much. This is the least aggravating process I’ve found and I’m very please with the results. If I wasn’t so tired, I’d do a second coat today.
I would think it depends on how long they've been on. I removed some badging from a Jeep I had and the paint was bleached enough you could see the difference.
U P D A T E - Mods and first impressions after 48 hours of ownership.
1) Set tire pressures. Way too high from the factory for my liking, 46 psi. Dropped to 40.
2) Installed Weathertech mud flaps on the front. Rear flaps apparently are not available.
3) Removed trail sights/tie downs. It...
I’ve always been pleased with the Weathertech line of mud flaps and floor mats. I’ll be taking delivery on a 2026 60th Anniversary soon and I understand it is built on the Outer Banks trim level. It is a Sasquatch if the makes a difference. When I go to the Weathertech site, enter 2026 Ford...
My dealer had a white/white a few months back. If both were sitting side by side, it would be a difficult choice but red would win. But if white was the only choice, I still would have pulled the trigger. I loved by BD but was spoiled by some of the little conveniences of my F-150 Raptor like...
U P D A T E - I stopped down and took it for a ride. Big mistake. Ride seemed a little stiffer. Acceleration was noticeably more responsive. Leather seats felt firmer than my MGV seats. All this could be due to my current Bronco being three years old. Color is even brighter in person...
Nemer Ford in Queensbury, NY just took delivery of a white/red 60th Anniversary Bronco (it's gorgeous) and a black/red Bronco Raptor. Sorry to say I exercised my right to first refusal on both. My 2023 BD is all paid for and I like having no payment. Good Luck!
If it isn't one thing, it's another with this Bronco. 2023 BD Sasquatch, 21k miles, never been off road, rarely gets dirty inside or out. (Judge me if you will) Had the top replaced a few weeks ago. In the process, the body shop broke the connection to the rear defroster. They had to order...
