CV axle BUSTED

We have a stock Badlands and our CV joint sheared completely, dealer mech said he's never seen anything like it.

There have been a few reported incidences where the CVs were not properly seated all the way from the factory and have done some weird things because of it. Quality parts and quality assembly is definitely not a priority.

First off. That isn’t how MM works. MM is for aftermarket replacement parts, for example if you put a Moog tie rod on your Bronco, Ford can’t void your warranty because you didn’t use a Ford part.

MM does not apply for a 3” lift, or any other”performance “ part that doesn’t meet factory design specs.

My guess, the installer damaged the CV during the install you have to remove the axle nuts and press out the CV from the spindle, during install.
