Pretty much like my 2 replacements ($1050). Then my rates went up over "comp claims over $1000". I figured if I ever needed another replacement I'd see if I couldn't somehow get it under $1k. I'm also Progressive. Here it is..

Did safelite install your last 2 replacements?Pretty much like my 2 replacements ($1050). Then my rates went up over "comp claims over $1000". I figured if I ever needed another replacement I'd see if I couldn't somehow get it under $1k. I'm also Progressive.
Well I went through my bodyshop, only to find they subbed it out, I believe that may have been Safelite.Did safelite install your last 2 replacements?
It really doesn’t matter. Ford does not mfg its own glass. My windshield has a crack and needs to be replaced. My insurance won't pay for an OEM replacement on my '24. For anyone with a non OEM replacement, how are they holding up, any issues? How's the quality? Any noticeable waviness?
They probably subbed it out to an independent. Pretty much standard with most dealers and body shops. Most independents get a large portion of their business from body shops and dealerships.Well I went through my bodyshop, only to find they subbed it out, I believe that may have been Safelite.
