Condensation in headlights

Picked up my bronco yesterday and noticed some condensation in the headlights. Has anyone else had this issue? I brought it up to the dealer and they’re going to look into it.

The headlights are vented? I've never heard of vented headlights, they're always sealed.

Not disputing what you saw in person but all those water droplets look like they're on the outside. Hope I'm right.

I had it to on a rainy day. They dried out. They are vented not sealed it’s normal

Now that you have noticed this, pay attention to every other mass produced vehicle. They all do the same thing.

Vented light assemblies is standard practice, it's usually just a little pinhole near or at the lowest spot, its cheaper and more reliable to vent them then try and keep them sealed for 10+ years.

Ford has vent holes in all of their lights that are led. My wife freaked out the first time she saw it on her 70k expedition

Every time I see one of these kind of posts I get really nervous that there’s going to be another massive delay.
How about we just hold off for a bit on these little things until more of us get ours.

They aren’t sealed if you can take the bulb out which most lights are designed for. Back in the old days halogen assemblies were sealed.

Mist or vapor on the inside is normal, droplets are not. They hid the pictoral job aids by VIN, guess what they don't have a job aid for yet......?

It's not a giant incandescent light bulb than needs to retain either a halogen gas or a vacuum to operate. All non-incandecent and halogen-bulb automobile headlights are vented.
