Installed mine this evening and can't wait to give them a try in the morning on the way to work. The base mirrors with the little convex inserts feel really claustrophobic and blind spot visibility is terrible, so I'm hoping these are a major improvement.

There's a video on the Suma site. Basically just pull out the bottom of the mirror to tilt it up, get your fingers in there, and pull. It just clips on with a ring in the center of the mirror. Give it some jiggles and be gentle though- I cracked the passenger side being a little too aggressive when removing, so I guess I'm committed to the Sumas haha

Once you start to use Suma mirrors, you don't want to go back to OEM!!

Quick review: these are pretty great. The anti-glare worked great with the sun at my back, and the field of view is significantly improved over the base mirrors (with convex insert and no BLIS). Now I just need to get a feel for where vehicles are relative to my rear bumper and re-establish my reference points since the view is so much different.
