Change trim after ordering

I just got off the phone with my dealer. I reserved an OBX. I want to change to a WildTrak. He said if I change the model - OBX to WT then my reservation gets cancelled and I would just enter an order sans reservation and get put in the regular order queue.

It doesn't follow what Ford has said all along and if it's one of the dealerships in your area, then I double down on switching dealerships.
