Can anyone ID this part?

Ok 6G forum can anyone help me identify this part? Backstory, My 2023 2.7 HE has been to the dealership twice, once last year for failed AC condenser and about 500 miles ago for failed cam phaser. I did a look around after the cam phaser repair and everything appeared fine. Well fast forward to Friday I started to hear a “clunk” when turning and going over speed bumps. Well when I looked Friday and Saturday I could see anything out of the ordinary till this afternoon when I saw this little gem hanging out of the skid plate. Managed to pull it out and that’s where I need you guys to ID it so I’ve got some intel before rolling into ford tomorrow.
