I use a combination. I just upgraded to iPhone 17 Pro. I have a WolfBox G900 Pro. And sometimes I use an old cheap knockoff of a GoPro action cam.

My highest viewed video (nearing 1M views) on IG was taken with the WolfBox G900 Pro. Moral of the story: Great content (and a hook to keep viewers watching past 3 seconds) is more important than the best camera.
Wow! Can you please share the link?

Depends… are you going to have someone shooting content for you while you drive ? Or are you just looking for something that is mounted to your rig that will be on continuously? I’ll just give some input on a few action cameras and drones

GoPros are only good for shooting content in short increments. They are notorious for overheating. The video quality however is good but the one thing I love about GoPro is their cloud subscription. Unlimited storage for media that’s filmed from the GoPro.

Insta360 also has some cool products. I have the x4 which is a 360 camera. Pretty fun to play with but it’s a pain to post edit the videos. also the videos quality on the x4 isn’t as great if you even though it’s “8k”. The ace pros are your traditional action cameras and rival the GoPros. Some people like it more than the GoPros some people don’t. I personally don’t have one so I can’t say. But I think the common complaint is the edges of the objects and colors being over saturated and not natural. All a matter of opinion. There’s a ton of other action cameras out there too.

Drones are great too depending on where you will be and what kind of shots you can get. If you live in the US, DJI is on the verge of getting banned here in the states so DJI stopped selling their products here a few months ago. So DJI care and customer support here is nonexistent for now til they square away everything with the government. I bought a DJI mini 5 pro from South Korea off eBay so it’s waiting for me when I get home. DJI is the best consumer drone out there on the market. If you look on Amazon there’s the sky rover x1. Everyone is speculating it’s the DJI mini 4 pro just umbrellad under a US shell company to meet government requirements.

Hope this helps.
