The maximum benefit in Michigan is $662 a week. That's less than what I've heard Webasto is offering. I do wonder how Webasto pays compared to the UAW. If it's less, that could explain hiring issues.

FWIW, I would not email any customers about a Tuesday preview. The Thursday preview is the one that really matters. I've already stated multiple times that it's not uncommon for one to preview on Tuesday, and be completely gone by Thursday, replaced with something else by the time the computer is doing it's final calculations. But I guess some dealers may not care if their customers preview gets yanked. I would be upset if that happened to me. I'm not notifying any of our customers, as Ford will do that the day of the final preview. That's the email I'd rely on.

When mine previewed on a Tuesday, the owner of the dealership emailed me that morning to make sure the order was correct before Thursday. It was, so no change needed to be made, but seems like a reasonable proactive response from the dealership to notify me.

Hearing FE only this week for my dealer - consistent with Ford's messaging. Maybe some of those non-FEs that are getting previewed now (as noted in some recent posts) represents needed clean-up from the prior month.
