Bronco fitted hat

Little off topic for this forum but does anyone know of website or Etsy shop that sells fitted Bronco hats? My hat size is 7 5/8 and none of the "adjustable" or "flex fit" hats ever fit me.

I feel ya; I got the same size and I'm usually squeezing the snap backs on with just two snapped in. Ford Merchandise sells an actual fitted hat, but it's only in 7 1/8th and costs $70. They also have some stretchy hats under slide back, but those are usually not great either.

If you have one of those Lidz or whatever stores in a mall nearby, might checkout what they have. There's just not a lot of fitted caps outside of baseball. I've also not had bad luck with the Off Roadeo/Bronco snap backs.

Maybe get the Bronco logo tattooed on your forehead. Problem solved. I am in the same boat. Tremendous cranium that laughs at the claim “ fits most”.

I'd go to LIDS or similar hat shop. You can buy a plain fitted hat of any color and they can embroider it right onsite. Stuff comes out pretty decent.

Weird thing about this site, no matter the comment there is always shade thrown from some direction. Pretty decent = not as nice as a mass manufactured hat from Ford, but better than no hat at all. The nice part is you aren't limited by color or size and you can choose any logo you want. So maybe better than pretty decent, how about very good.

I am a hat guys as well with a large melon on my shoulders. I really can't find fitted hats I like much (7 7/8). I have a snap back hat I really like and had to have it on the last hole. I took the wood burner to it and fused the last "button" into the hole and now it fits great.

I shave my head, so I have always wanted one of those sun hats for beach days, but they are typically "Fits Most", which is never me. I finally found an XL at the on-line site for DXL late last fall. I have no idea if they still have them, but it fits!

I took off the patch that was on it, and attached the "Off Rodeo" patch I bought when I did the drive in Nevada in November. I live in Washington state, so it will be a while before it gets sunny enough for me to needs this.

Yes, it's on a hat holder in my home office. It's up high because it's big and gets in the way anywhere else.
