Yeah, trying to figure out how I can make the blanket I’m getting her seem equal to the wheels/tires, roof rack, spare tire reinforcement, rock rails & lights she doesn’t know she’s getting me.

I'm pretty sure the first thing I ordered (and received) was just a good old 12" glass screen protector.
I do have a lot of the typical things planned as well. Maybe not typical exact choices, but typical categories that get changed or added.
I'm also planning a full custom water carrying solution (approx. 8 gal) with a tank where a spare would have gone, a small RV water pump and a couple different outlet options. I'm very tired of lugging around 1 and 2.5 gal water containers when camping. I may offer it for sale as a product, but realize the total audience is small. Such a darn high percentage of Broncos never see dirt...

No updated delivery window from Ford CS on the phone today. Even somewhat worse they back pedaled in the 11/01 completed production date. They now say that was 11/09. Not materially relevant, but their lack of information and consistent information is troubling and disappointing. C'est la vie...
Just enough progress to reel me back into checking everyday. It was almost better when I had given up hope.
A bunch of BCE modules popped up tonight finally. Hopefully no more delay.

I called Ford again today as this is the only way to get anything close to updated information. I'm in "verification". I guess it's basically final inspection. New ETA for arrival at dealer (20 min away) is 11/26.
You made me call again today. Mine is also showing built 11/09 with arrival scheduled for 11/22-11/28. I am hoping but not expecting those dates to hold. I always laugh when I take the survey at the end of the call. I wonder what the average answer is when they ask if you feel you can always trust Ford.

Of course I called as well. So far the expected 12/10-12/16 delivery window is holding. I asked if it was still showing “in production” and he said that it showed built.Bad me...

I've stopped explaining to them that their tracker is very infrequently updated.
