I generally skew the vitriol towards the millennials and Gen Z/Alpha as the current, present day and future catastrophe and ultimately blame the boomers from a historical perspective. A lot of boomers also raised the last savage generation so I give them a half day's hall pass.

It's usually Florida lol. I am surprised that CA didn't make the top 10 list. I used to work as an EMT in LA and saw some 'fun' ones. Minivan vs. House, etc.

Not all of us Gen Z have 0 accountability and all entitlement, probably came from a rich family which spoiled her growing up and currently, that's where the entitlement comes from. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying Gen Z is perfect, I've met a lot of dumb people my age, but I have also met smart respectful people my age as well, just depends on how they were raised.

I agree 100%. I have quite a few millennials that work under me and they're all fantastic. With that said, it took a lot of effort to find those individuals with the skillset and work ethic required to be successful at the job. I now actively try to hire people with more experience these days as there's just less hassle of having to deal with unreasonable social sensitivities and expectations on their end with none of the work ethic compromises (lack of) that generation tends to bring along with them.
Hell, my next door neighbor is a millennial and a total savage. One of the few people I know who would survive if you dropped them off in the middle of the wilderness 100 miles from nowhere. He also grew up much like GenX, with not much "technology" and living in the woods from sunrise until your parents sent search parties out to find you at night.
The older generations weren't raised and influenced by screens, social media and massive disinformation campaigns. We had ethics, morality and even religion as a conceptual guide that could be applied as needed without being spoon-fed on a granular level. It taught us how to be polymaths, think for ourselves and be ingenious problem solvers in the face of scarce physical and educational resources.
Just imagine learning how to fix your Bronco without forums like this or YouTube.
All I'm saying is you earn friendship and it isn't by crashing into a neighbor's car or having one conversation with someone as they're trying to arrest you for DUI.
Yeah, I get it, finding good people in general is very difficult regardless of age, but a lot of Gen Z is stupid and very influenced by social media, part of the reason why I am very selective on who I am friends with or date, makes it hard to have relationships for this reason. My parents while growing up didn't allow me to have social media until I became an adult, don't regret their decision at all. I will say, trying to learn how to fix my Bronco without the forums or YouTube would be difficult because of how complicated they make the vehicles now, if it was simpler like a carbureted vehicle, would be a lot easier to learn without forums or YouTube.I agree 100%. Everyone looking at this all wrong:
1. I Blame the Bronco Raptor! Where's the Lane Departure avoidance measures? Impact imminent detection sensor? Brake assistance (if there was such a thing)? Parked Vehicle proximity alert? Also, those damn fat-ass fenders are soooo friggin ugly! Obviously so ugly, thereby contributing to an imbalance of vehicle control and stability to avoid impact.
2. I blame the Bronco Raptor owner/driver. Those stuck-up people who drive those things never wave at me, so clearly they are all to blame. They think they are all part of some "special club." More like, Special Needs club... if you ask me.
3. I blame the shotty workmanship of low-intelligent road engineers who designed that death-trap round about. It clearly snuck up on that poor girl, forcing her to take evasive action. And who the F leaves an unoccupied vehicle on thier front driveway near the road? Whatever!
RIP Bronco Raptor front bumper....it was not your fault. Your fight is over and your memory will live on. Valhalla awaits you!

Oh to be a juror for her trial. I predict little rubber Frogs will start appearing on Bronco dashboards in the Daytona area. Just a hunch.

That's mostly due to what information is allowed to be made public by state laws. Also, low gator population in CA, so certain gator-related crimes simply can't happen in California.
Not that Florida doesn't try to live up to the hype.
The data shows they have twice the DUI arrests per 100k people compared to Florida, so... maybe that prevents drunk driving accidents.
