Bronco 2.7 engine rattle

I have a bronco with the 2.7 v6 and it’s been making this rattle when I drive and when I rev it. It sounds like a washer rattle but i haven’t been able to locate where it’s coming from, but definitely on the driver side. If anyone has had this same issue or if it’s just a normal sound the bronco should be making please let me know.

That doesn't sound good. The two infamous noises I know of are waste gate (not a big deal, supposedly) and the 2.7's cam phaser rattle, which doesn't seem like this either (but is a problem).

My first thought was exhaust leak. It’s really difficult to tell from that video though.

That can be dangerous? Carbon monoxide in the cab?

Could be potentially. Depending on where/how bad it’s leaking.
Whether it’s an exhaust leak or not, I’d certainly suggest getting it into a dealer sooner than later.

It’s actually already been to the dealer, they said that it wasn’t making any weird sounds. That’s why I’m posting here to see if someone knows about this

It kind of sounds like the turbo wastegate.
