1up-USA.com. The SD rack will hold up to 100lb bikes with tires up to 4” wide. The RakAttach option allows it to pivot either direction.
edit: I’m slightly biased as this is a southwestern Wisconsin company that manufactures their products here. Kuat also makes a pivoting rack adapter.

I have the Kuat rack with the Kuat Pivot, highly recommend!! I love the Pivot because it extends the rack past the 5th wheel and pivots out of the way for access to the tailgate. You can get the Pivot in right or left swing. I went with right swing so bikes can stay off the road when everything is opened up.
My 1UP USA racks have been good to me.

One up is the way to go. It is very serviceable and easy to replace parts as they wear out. Had mine for 3 years with no issues. Warranty is superb as one of the bolts came loose and was lost somewhere. Contacted them for a replacement and they sent me a few at no cost. I had to purchase the hitch extension to clear the spare on my Badlands non sas. Worked great.

Tailgate table - @IAG Off-Road drop down table complete my set up area and is super helpful for staging gear (gloves, helmet, etc) or tools (chain oil, wrenches, etc)
I also hathe 1Up modular platform tray that I can add to the rack for extra storage (luggage, cooler, etc)
We bike several times a week and this set up has been great

I chose the Quikr over 1-up for a couple of reasons. First reason is the fact the it can accommodate up to 5" tire as delivered and the second reason is the ease of adding/removing additional racks without tools. I use the rack with the Kuat pivot for swing away. Having said that, Quikr does cost more.
Personally, I would not add another 75lbs to the spare tire mount. I know that would be less expensive and easy, but E-Bikes range in weight from 50lbs to 100lbs. The tailgate hinges can be changed to larger more supportive types but even those are done to add larger tires, not support an E-bike or two.

I am curious, it appears that most of the bike racks shown in the photos either fully or partially obstruct the rear license plate. Do any of you have issues with getting pulled over by law enforcement due to this issue?
Not yet, but then I don’t use my front plate either so there’s that. I know 1up-USA sells a plate bracket if you leave your rack on all the time. We generally don’t unless we are traveling with the bikes.
I run the 1Up SD 2 tray rack with the 1Up RakAttach swingout when transporting bikes with my Bronco. Not the cheapest setup, but will be the last bike rack you ever purchase.
