All that really matters is the offset, just search on here for 35 in tires on 0 offset rims. Rim width really has very little to do with it (the difference in width between a 12.5 inch wide tire on an 8, 8.5, or 9 inch rim is insignificant probably less than 1/2")

Check with the tire manufacture for rim width requirements. but how wide do you want to go? 35x13.0(325x65R18), 35x12.50

I think you are asking the wrong question. The correct question is what width tire is available for a 18" wheel. 18" tire sizes are very limited and then having the overall dimension add up to a 35" tire.
