Bestop Skyrider Leaking

Hi all, we installed a Skyrider this summer and have been having issues with it leaking in the car wash.

Has anyone else had similar issues or ideas on fixes?

While you wait to see if anyone has an answer, I would call them and see what they think. My cable broke on mine and they sent me a new one without any questions either than my receipt.
