25 MPG is possible. I have done it in my 21 BB 4 door with the 3.73 rear end. Takes patience and altering your driving style. Eco Mode, auto stop start engaged, and very light on the gas pedal. Keep it out of boost and cruise control whenever possible. Even if the speed limit is 30, use cruise control. Coast as much as possible, and when Auto stop engages, make sure its off for 6+ seconds before it starts back up and from my non scientific evidence, top speed 68MPH. After that you start to see diminishing returns.

now not using auto stop, normal mode but still using cruise control every time i have the chance I average between 23 and 24.5 mpg. My daily commute is 9.6 miles of in town driving with speed limits from 30 to 50 MPH and then 13.3 miles of highway where I am running about 64-67mph. When I don't use cruise control or pay attention to coasting when possible my MPG will drop down to about 21-22

Once you pass 70 MPH you are going to be fighting an uphill battle as aerodynamics work against you and the engine will start needing boost to keep the speed. 75+ your almost in boost constantly and 80+ you might as well watch the gauge go down at least from my experience. We take a roun trip to indianapolis every year which bascially is 80+ on the highway just to keep pace with traffic and I am lucky to get 19mpg during that trip

Just a matter of having the stock tires (the street-ish Bridgestone Duelers), and going ginger on the throttle to keep it around 65-68 mph. No cruise control, either. In fact, on times i used the cruise control in the same driving conditions, the mileage was actually worse.

And for the record, driving the same stretch after I switched to K02's, the best I've ever gotten was 21.9.

I’ve gotten 23+ with my 2021 Badlands Sasquatch 2.7 on eco mode, and that was traveling on the Blue Ridge parkway and New Found gap in the Smokey mountains national park. City driving is 16 to 20 depending on how heavy my foot is on the pedal in normal or sport mode (ForScan addition).

At some point you have to decide if the end goal is to win some sort of mileage contest by eking out tiny gains or if its to save money. You'll generally get better mileage (in my experience) on premium gas and especially no ethenol but it has almost come out exclusively a wash in my experience financially. Probably going to take 10 years of fillups to make back the money spent on a "high end" intake as well as if that will do anything

Not sure what the OP's motivation is between the two but judging by his/her comment earlier about waiving as they pass all the losers (or maybe just me, it was unclear) at the gas station fueling up it might be to win a contest

I’ve been daily driving my ‘22 Bronco Badlands (non-SAS / stock wheels, tires, exhaust) since new and averaging 23.3 mpg on 93 octane. That’s as good as it’s going to get. In my experience, the biggest non-mechanical impact to your mileage is how you drive. Sweet spot for me is 65 mph on the highway. Go easy on the braking and acceleration.

2 door black diamond SAS with Roof rack - 2.3 & manual transmission. I'm happy to just get 19.6 right now. only mod is K&N air filter.

Read a few months ago on how to drive these manuals. Used to use 6th gear all the time but found out not need as well as 5th on the streets. I went from 16.8 to 19.6 with this.

If I keep the tires full of air, the 7-speed Sasquatch 2-door will average 20-21mpg driving around the suburbs.
22-23 mpg going down the highway.
If I drop the tires down to 36, I lose about 1mpg for a softer ride.

I can consistently get 23-24 MPG on my late 2022 2Dr Base with V6/auto. That's according to the MPG meter on the Bronco. That's highway miles (90-95%), and keeping it between 65-70. I think I could eek out 25 if I ran about 60. But that isn't practical (for me). I'm always in "Normal" mode because I heard Eco mode can go either way. Maybe I'll try Eco mode next tank.

However, I have the 3.73 gearing, and have put OBX 32s on it (and calculated the difference since I didn't Forscan the difference in tire size). I usually run 37 lbs in the tires. In addition, that's in Northern California where I believe I'm always running 10% ethenol and 87 octane. At least I think so. California is famous for gas additives (and high gas prices). My normal "run" is to run on the highway, go up about 1500 feet into the Sierras where I workout, and then down again.

If you're just in the looking mode... I would verify whether the changes you want to make will void your warranty or not... in writing. At least know what you're getting into.

I personally wish I would have bought the Big Bend with the 4.27 eLocker (or maybe the SQ package if I could get 20MPG) but what's done is done. That'd be the only change I would have made. I like the ride, and like the MPG. Bronco suits me just fine.

I use higher octane...try for 89/90....4 door, 6 cyl, 10 spd black diamond and usually around 22 give or take, nearly 30k miles now....25 would be quite stretch....tho' I did hit over a hundred once leaving a station and going downhill for a mile or so.
