How much do beadlock take offs with factory tires sell for normally? Found a lightly used Braptor I may make a move on but had the bead locks, is there a seconadry market for them?

They never post the sold price, just the asking price and then they update the ad to "SOLD". Asking vs Sold could vary by a lot so was hoping someone could chime in that has sold theirs

Depends on the area... by a lot. Check Craigslist Riverside California can rims only can be as low as 600 for a set of 5... other area 1200 to 1500.

Are you talking about OEM rims and tires with actual bead lock rings installed? If it's OEM rims and tires, I wouldn't expect much (there's a lot of rims out there). With the bead lock rings on but not "installed" (beauty ring mode), I don't think they add any to the price unless you find the right buyer, which can be hard, and then only a sucker is paying more than a couple hundred extra (also assuming like new and not beat up). Installed as real bead locks, good luck selling them unless you find someone that really wants them and they're not beat up.

Yes the OEM Raptor wheel and tire combo that is a $1995 option. The guy above said to look for a set on here and it would have sold for near their asking, I found a set they were asking $2500

If you can find somebody, go for it. I just wouldn't set your expectations that takeoffs are that valuable.

True beadlock rings for the Sasquatch beadlock capable wheels are around a grand new from Ford. So, in my mind, beadlocks are worth “a set of take off Sasquatch wheels, plus $1000”

you should be able to more easily find pricing on used Sasquatch wheels in your area and calculate accordingly.

but remember the value of anything is always what the buyer is willing to pay and what the seller is willing to sell for.

Only seller can decide how long they want them to sit in the garage in order to wait for that buyer with the extra $XXX they feel they are worth.

At some point we usually all end saying , “ well… not what I was hoping for, but I’m just glad to get them out of here and somebody’s getting use of them”

If you can find somebody, go for it. I just wouldn't set your expectations that takeoffs are that valuable.
At that sale price stated above:

The value depends largely on the items and condition.. in that case it was (5) Bronco Raptor factory beadlock (capable) wheels and OEM BFG 37" tires, all virtually perfect condition with ~1k miles. Factory mounted/balanced/TPMS, ready to bolt on and go, factory center caps, and lug nuts.

(5) new OEM 37" tires from Tirerack delivered are $2326.
Factory TPMS = $250.
The cost to mount and balance 37"+ tires is generally ~$250 for a set of 5, if you can find a shop that will do it, most will not..

If someone with a Bronco Raptor needed new tires, they could purchase that complete set, Save $$$, and have their original wheels and tires to separate and sell later if they chose, or keep as a spare set.

Assuming a large 50% discount for a virtually brand new set of (5) tires, TPMS, mount/balance, that would put the net cost of each wheel in that scenario at $217 each..

Virtually brand new factory 37" tires, TPMS, mounted and balanced for half price and $217 each for new factory Raptor beadlock (capable) wheels all ready to bolt on and go is a good, fair deal on both sides.

Less that new condition, higher mileage, only set of (4), wear, scratches, etc.. changes the math.......

Because?

I suppose Somebody might pay a premium just because they once touched a Raptor.

But to anybody I know….a used beadlock has value because it is a beadlock.

Color/style factor in sometimes also. But if these are highly important to a person they’ll usually buy new to get that “just right” look.

Sounds like you're talking yourself into a sale... lol Ok, I cry uncle. Find somebody who does the math the same (instead of used = depreciate value) and puts money down and you've proved me wrong. Braptor owners are used to paying more, so I'm probably barking in the wind. But for me used should mean a good deal, not a little bit better than Ford's overpriced markup.

no, no, I'm just saying, in that example above , it was a fair deal for all for what was sold.. if any of those factors change, the outcome changes... There's even value there in the PITA factor with 37" and larger tires., I had to go to (6) large, local tire shops before I found one that would mount 37" tires... Mr. Tire, Goodyear Tire Store, etc., etc. would not touch them...

well, there’s lots of people that can’t afford a raptor that are going after the raptor look. The wheels are a big part of it, so that was my reasoning. I haven’t done any research to see if raptor wheels will fit on other Broncos, but I assumed they would.

or maybe someone has a raptor that doesn’t have the factory headlocks and wants them
