seat trim looks much lighter than the B&P. Not sure how I feel about it yet. I think I prefer darker.

I’m fine with it but honestly... I’m bringing seat covers with me to the dealership.

Disagree. This looks awesome and certainly not wimpy and the cost of this with the roof rack and even the boat itself will thousands less than the lifted version with bigger tires. It will likely be more comfortable to drive on regular roads as well.

True overlanders use smaller wheels/tires that are easy to swap, in steel so they can be pounded or even welded. True overlanders are the opposite of "Chick-Fil-A" Drive Through Mall Hoppers with Chewbacca packages on them.

Might be one of these first real pictures we’ve seen of the base interior. Picture from motorcitymosery on Instagram.

Is this the upgraded instrument cluster? I thought the base didn't come with the screen in the cluster?

I may be confused though. I can't keep the option packages straight anymore.

Either way, I really like the base interior. I wish manufacturers would stop being scared to offer interiors on lower trim levels with some COLOR. Everything is black or charcoal.

I think it is, my guess is that since this is pre production the upgraded instrument cluster is useful for troubleshooting/data etc. Production it will be badlands+

What does the Base instrument cluster look like? I thought this was the standard cluster on all models.

Seems like lots of people want a rear locker on their base broncos. I want one too, but will probably settle for the traction control if they won’t let us.

Seen a bunch of guys saying can’t do it on a jeep either, but I just checked their B&P and you can option a locker and a hitch on the base sport. Come on Ford! Let us build the Bronco’s we want! Gotta meet and beat the competition.

I love this thread! I have learned so much, thank you!!!!
Even tho I am waiting to get my Bronco, 2022 or 23, I know I will love the base! (Once I get heated seats and not by spending $4,800 to upgrade and another $1500 for mid package).
I love the steelies, I love the 2 door and I really am OK with the MIC Grey.

I prefer the Taco Bell drive through and will take my poser Basemansquatch for some nacho bellegrande while the “true overlanders” are off the grid killing their own dinner and eating out of the back of their true overlander rigs with small wheels. To each their own?
Um, you may want to spring for a washout interior if your preference is the Bell...??

I bought my 05 Mustang from a kid that must have eaten at the Bell every day and never visited a trash can, wrappers and broken shells everywhere....no :poop: thankfully...cleaned up nice.

I love Taco Bell. How anyone could go there and not order the Mexican Pizza is beyond me. I don't care if it is not on the "value menu", order that. Trust me.

When you save $5280 by getting the base model manual with the smaller engine and no Chewbacca package, you can eat Mexican Pizza every week if you want.
