the lp9 s fit like a glove. 6 holes drilled into the bumper no bracket overhang. The lights are mostly protected by the brush bar. You are more likely to break a headlight than the lp9 which are hardened plexiglass and are serviceable. Just get someone that knows what they are doing and don’t listen to internet BS

I quoted the wrong person earlier 🤦🏼‍♂️

When you have time, please take close up photos of your lights mounting area etc. I would love to have this setup. There is a company making a mint for three LP6’s but I’m pretty sure the camera will need to be moved etc and it sounds like a lot more work. Thank you.

I've ordered the bumper bar below from JRC Offroad (along with all of their molle stuff), and want to mount 2 Baja Designs LP9 Pro's between the arc of the bull bar on the modular HD bumper. I think that will be great with their pocket light kit which is also on the way. However, by looking at the picture, it appears as if most of the easily accessible pre-drilled bolt (mount) holes are taken with this bumper bar. Does anyone know if I will have to drill through this tough mutha or can those posterior remaining mount holes (which are kind of deep underneath the grille) be accessed for mounting an LP9? Thanks in advance for any help.

I actually emailed JCR and asked that exact question. They said there is enough length on the screw left to mount something in between.

Looks like this SwarthWorks Bracket might work: Front Triple LP6 Light Mount

Its sits on top of the OE push bar mounts, so it may work with the JCR bar as well.

Not sure if it would clear with LP9's. I think it would look great with some 6 inch Rigid 360's to match 4 inch Rigid ditch lights.

They told me it wouldn’t work with Lp9’s. I don’t buy it. See what I just bought below - except I bought LP9 pro's to fit on it instead of 6's. Three look great but I wanted to be able to see a little bit between the two on the front camera.

Is that the swarfworks mount? I bought it to do the same basic thing, ie mount two lights vs three to retain mostly-full camera function. I’ll probably use KC flex eta 4s to start because the BDs are so hard to get.
swarfworks is the 3 light mount. rudy's is the 2 light.

Have you confirmed that the LP9’s will fit in Rudy’s two light mount? Please post pics when finished.

Not from us they are not hard... We're one of the largest stocking Baja Designs dealers :)

That looks like the LP series would bounce around a lot unless they are bolted TO the bumper. I only see a single mounting point on each side and a long piece of metal. That would flex in the middle and bounce around.

The SwarfWorks one has a bend in it so it bends upwards and allows clearance for the bolts. It also means it's not going to FLEX on you since it's bent upwards

The issue with the Swarf mount right now is the cameras. He said he’s working on a solution when I spoke to him a few weeks ago.

I’d rather have two LP9’s over three LP6’s.

Here's the mount. Looks like it has some other mounting points on the triangle piece:

Ahh that's better. Now I see they are utilizing 2 additional mounting points. And it looks like the LP series hang over the bumper, so you can get to the nuts. That should be a bit more solid.
