Like a good Bronco owner, and against my better judgement, I had my backup camera replaced in my 2022 Bronco a few months back. Ever since the dealer replaced it, all I see in my screen now when I go into reverse is half of my spare tire and half road. I am lifted with 35" tires and a 0 offset. Never had this issue before the replacement. I have been going back and forth with the dealer who insists this is normal and how the view was before. Not the case. I also had to argue with them about calibrating the camera to align the dotted lines to not be disjointed. After 3 visits to the dealership, looks like that may finally be fixed.
To me, it seems like the camera is angled down more than my original camera. My husband has made the same comment about the one that was put in as the replacement for his F-250 recall.
Has anyone else had an issue similar to this and if so, how did you remedy it?
