Is it my imagination or has the amp rating, and maybe wire size changed over production years? If so who's got a graphic for 2023.

According to the Owner’s Manual PDFs on Ford’s website, the wiring has remained the same for MY21-23. The Raptor has a couple of the wires connected to different switches, but the actual size/rating for those wires is the same.
Strangely, the wiring diagram is not included in the MY24 OM (both the PDF and the built-in touchscreen version). I would assume (and hope, given there’s no reference available) that it’s still the same for MY24, but I can’t confirm that.

I know it hasn’t changed on 2021-2023, but haven’t checked 2024 yet.

There was some pre-launch materials that I think Bronco Nation originally released that ended up being incorrect (not their fault, Ford changed it). It of course got spread throughout both this forum and the Bronco Nation forum while everyone was waiting around for their vehicle.

So that could be what you're thinking of.

Ahhhhh - the early days…
This was early 2021 when some of the 10 amp circuits were initially identified as 5 amps and later corrected to 10 amps.

The Raptor has the big daddy fuse on Aux 3 not Aux 1 like all other Gen 6 Broncos because Aux 1 is the 2nd pair of fog lights in the Mod bumper.

Has this been resolved. Are there any changes for 2024 Broncos? I know on the 24' Ranger the wiring is larger 2.5/1.5 as opposed to 1.5/.75 on the Bronco.

I don’t know if amperage or wire size has changed, but I can confirm the locations and colors from the Aux switches are still the same for 2024. All my stuff has relays so amperage didn’t matter for what I was hooking up. The wires are pretty small.
