It took me 1/2 an hour just to find the screw driver to start to replace the speakers. The kick panel ones were the worst. The rest were pretty easy. I think I spent 3 to 4 hours total from start to finish.Piece of cake. took me about a 1/2 hour to replace all 6 speakers.

Even less that’s why I recommend it. You still have to work the clips. It’s more precise. Hard to explain.I could see the tool working better than my plastic tools that bend to the point of deforming, at least in thin gaps. But what is the danger of the tool's metal damaging the vehicle plastic pieces?
I use a plastic one myself, but a trim removal tool, yes. This style tool is the 1 most important if not best tool for working on the Bronco interior.

Run the plastic one along under the edge to find the clip, and the metal one to release the clip itself.I could see the tool working better than my plastic tools that bend to the point of deforming, at least in thin gaps. Plenty of folks don't use the Kicker Key, including myself, running a 5 channel Kenwood.Anyone not using the kicker key amp? Was told it’s only good for running stock speakers
