Putting a goofy sticker on it and giving it a few more ponies doesn't make anyone forget that it's still a Ranger.
And, here we go….🤣

I have to admit they have come a long way from the old days, but I still have vivid memories of the goons from my old Tacoma off-road group dunking on Rangers 25 years ago.

I found my self in the same decision boat. I paid off my bronco a few months ago and still love it. But the 20+k miles ive put on it in the last year hauling ladders and tools around have been beating the shit out of it. So I just ordered a ranger xlt for a new daily. Just way more practical for my job. That said, since its paid off, im not getting rid of the bronco, just retiring it from daily use. Back to having 3 vehicles again lol

I was going to buy either the Ranger Raptor or the 4-dr Bronco Badlands, both were about the same price. I ended up with the Bronco because a) it came with a manual transmission (biggest factor), b) it offered more interior room, c) it was a bit shorter, easier to park. Raptor is a fantastic buy for what you get. Best bang-for-the-buck IMO.

I was asked if I had to decide between my 2026 Ranger or my 2024 Bronco, and had to keep only one, which one would I choose?

If I had to pick only one, I would pick the Ranger Raptor.................. but I will NEVER get rid of the Bronco!
I do love the Bronco and always look forward to driving it.
Both have their pros and cons despite being made from the same platform.

I think some factors sway people, like how attached one is to the nostalgic look of the Bronco, whether the removable top is considered a benefit or a liability, and how much the Ranger's bed might get used for actual truck stuff or how often one might prefer having enclosed cargo space. Finally, there's the towing capability, which even though it is less on the Raptor than the regular Ranger, can still be all the difference in some cases vs. the Bronco.

I gotta admit that the Ranger Raptor has a lot of appeal. If the Bronco hadn't been made, I probably would have bought a Ranger Raptor. But if I had neither now, it would be a close call. I think I could do all of the off-roading I do in the Ranger Raptor that I do in my non-Sas Badlands. I might lean toward the RR. But I'd never give up my Bronco for one!

Respectfully...If having to choose between the two, it would be the Bronco 100% of the time. Rangers are like mopeds. Fun until your friends see you with one. Putting a goofy sticker on it and giving it a few more ponies doesn't make anyone forget that it's still a Ranger.
I know you HATE stickers and 2-doors…. Me, I’m the opposite and it‘s a good that we have different opinions:

My Shelby with stickers:

And here is a 2-door you can dislike:

That’s a very nice stable. The Shelby gets a pass on the stripes, but if you ever put stickers on the Porsche, you’re not allowed back here.

Not bad for a ranger with stickers and few more ponies 😆

Y’all are funny with your nostalgia. I definitely wouldn’t trade my 23 Wildtrak for my old 2003 Ranger edge and I’m fortunate to have a F150 Raptor so the Ranger Raptor would not be an option for me. However if I had to choose only 1 vehicle, the additional utility of a truck is hard to replace with the Bronco. It would also be nice if the Bronco interior was built with the same quality as the new Rangers and the Ranger Raptor is very nice.

You have some nice cars, but they're mostly not to my taste at all. I do like your 718 a lot. I don't prefer 2 door 6g Broncos, Rangers aren't for me and Mustangs do absolutely nothing for me at all. But you're right, everyone has their own taste and that's what's awesome about life. My ribbing is in good nature and I know you know that.

If you drove the Shelby at 50% of it’s capabilities, you would change your mind my friend… this is a track proven vehicle. Take it to 8250 rpm on a track and your jaw will drop.

I absolutely believe you. Those cars are monsters and I've read impressive things about how they handle as well. I'm sure I'd be smiling from ear to ear and giggling like a schoolgirl while driving it.
I'm actually not fond of how they look. They just aren't my thing. I don't like Camaros either.
