Here is our 4 door floor outside of the vehicle.

Revised plug design over our Jeep line, these go in very easy, and then they stay in. Our Jeep line has a tighter tolerance and some people misunderstand the install, this design is as straightforward as it gets.

Here is the construction of the floor. The insulator is a woven poly fiber that does not absorb water, this actually allows better flow to the stock passive drains in your floor if you get carried away in a river or something. Resistant to mold or mildew wont smell.

The top layer is virtually indestructible. Stock wash out floor you can tear by hand, our floors TPO is tough to cut even with the sharpest of tools. Resistant to most chemicals, staining etc. and if you use our cleaner it will look great for life...

Oh, and LIFETIME GUARANTEE. You use it like you should on and off the trail, and something fails, we replace it. Read our warranty on the site, it is straightforward, no BS, no hidden meanings.

It's easy to do while you have the carpet out. And it won't hurt anything. Kilamat isn't really meant to go wall-to-wall like wallpaper with the stuff, just get it in wide open areas. It just adds some weight to the floor pan / body panels to help sound deaden them.

butyl sound deadeners like kilmat or dynamat are not sound absorbers but they do stop reverb of large flat panels, so it can help with road noise vibration some, just make sure you don't cover the passive drains and stay at least 2" away from our drain holes. I also advise you to not add any where the trim, console, or seats bolt up to not add thickness and a fit issue.

Awesome! Been waiting a long time and I am one of the I’m sure many that emailed and asked for this to happen! Order in it would be awesome to have this installed for bronco supercell in Wisconsin in June. I’d also be happy to display a company sign or literature for you if we it arrived in time.
