Has anyone installed Icon's Stage 8 with the IIC? I am trying to find some real-world experience with this setup before I buy it. I have the Wildtrak/Sasquatch setup and want to be able to do most anything with this Bronco.

Thanks

We didn't do the full Icon Stage 8 kit, however, we did install effectively the same system on our Apollo Optics Wildtrak build. We did the full CDEV shock package with the IIC and then installed RPG Offroad UCAs, half tie rods, and links.

On both the street and the trails we took the truck on it rode well and handled well. We got some mild air without issue and the ride was much more comfortable on the street.

If you'd like to discuss anything in additional detail or on the install, please feel free to reach out.

Additionally, we're also offering promotional pricing until the end of the month on Icon products, including the Stage 8 system.

I'm personally waiting for the :

ICON 21-UP BRONCO SASQUATCH 2-3" LIFT STAGE 14
SUSPENSION SYSTEM BILLET TITANIUM WITH MULTIMATIC DAMPERS AND THERMO CONDUCTIVE POLYMER BUSHINGS,
** WIth the self-lubricating option...
The price point of the Stage 8 with IIC is around what I want to spend. I bet this ends up being considerably more.

We have never installed a stage 8 but helped some customers source this system with amazing feedback.

The customers entrusted us to provide the proper recommendation based on their needs and after installing the system are more than happy with the stage 8 system!

We are having a great sale on them until the end of the month and per our policy we will match or beat any competitor as long as the system is in stock and have an invoice to see!

Let me or anyone here at Panda Motorworks know if we can assist in any way!

Not good enough.

I'm waiting for the Stage 20 with turbo-encabulator anti-gravity hover technology.

Hey Imoxfordwhite — I just installed the Icon Stage 8 Billet full kit, and I still have the stock Sasquatch wheels, and I’m running into a rubbing issue of the tires hitting the UCAs on 3/4 to full turn. Did you experience this?? Or did you change wheels, too?? Thanks!

I did not have any issues with UCA hitting the tire. I had the truck aligned the next day and I believe there was about 2-3 degrees of adjustment on the caster. Chamber was okay at 0. ( I need to double check but this seems about right)
Note, the billet UCA has adjustment that me and the shop decided to leave at stock.

I will say, while Icon customer service is solid, they sold me bunk front shocks that didn't have the lower bucket adjustment. This caused the resi hoses to hit the UCAs and tie rods to hit the shock springs. With about 3k of on road driving, I had to warranty the front shocks. And to step on my soap box for a moment, this caused me to miss a Moab trip with my group, spend about 6 hours of removal and installing, and the new shocks they sent me needed a lot of adjustment on the hoses.

With that being said, the updated front shocks performed solid so I would make sure you have the most up to date shocks as well. I haven't seen a statement from Icon talking about this issue but I have a feeling a lot of Icon users are using bunk shocks.

TLDR - check your caster and UCA adjustments. While I want to support icon, my new rig has Kings.

Were you able to resolve this with the stock wheels? Also what size tires?
