I considering all locations, high and low; but i am going to mount a flood beam patttern, flush mount DD stage series 2" LED facing reverse, on an aux switch.

I am considering the rear bumper, but was recently thinking maybe the top of the MIC cover on each side, run to a connection that's easy to disconnect when the top come off. or that may be to high, idk.. anyone go this route?

Im looking to go a OEM/stealth as possible.

Im not a fan of flush lights. ZERO ability to ailgn them. If they are aimed too high, ohh well you're locked in. For this reason I have NEVER installed flush lights on any vehicle i've owned or serviced, ever. I don't like them. SURE they look cool and if you are gung-hoe on it, go for it! I stock the lights and sell harnesses. BUT keep the whole "can't align" them in mind.

yea i knew that was an issues, hence why i was going with a flood pattern. I just want a large diffused area behind me for backing up. Im going to be doing some dry runs for sure.

A quality mount that allowed different make lights to integrate with the rear window hinges...that's what I'd like to see. Not garbage mind you, but quality.

M and R online has several different reverse / chase lights for the Bronco. One I am considering bolts up to the trailer hitch mounting bracket holes. Another mounts to the spare tire. Take a look, may fit your needs.

I’ve looked. I don’t want to see the light honestly. I may go a different direction also, I was hoping for something OEM, and clean but functioning.

I'm not a fan of this but I'd try to modify something like this before cutting a hole in the MIC, either way, good luck!

With all the problems, people have been having with the hard tops, delaminating, cracking, fading, peeling, etc. I wouldn’t do anything to the top three that might bring that on.

Not technically "flush" mounted - but close....

(similar to the spoiler lights posted above, these are separate pods left and right rather than a continuous spoiler across the whole back edge. I prefer that they are a matte finish closely matching the MIC top finish as apposed to the polished "shiny" look of the spoiler. Plus the turn signal animation is a nice touch)
