OTA updates are done in waves/stages, not every vehicle gets them at the same time.

You'd have to provide your VIN to a dealer employee who can look up your vehicle in OASIS—internal dealer service system. It'll tell them whether an OTA was applied recently or not.

This app is pretty limited, at least in my case with a manual and without remote start.

Opening it up and going to settings>software updates shows me "automatic updates" set to on and "reoccurring schedule" not set. Poking around in the rest of the app, including messages, does not indicate anything about OTA and whether one was applied or not...am I missing something obvious?

I do recall a message showing that an OTA was applied when I started the vehicle once a few weeks back but that message was on the dash.

Hopefully they fix car play so it connects every time so you don’t have to reboot!

Just a thought, is there any chance you have snow/ice on your bronco?

Settings -> Software Update -> Release Notes

That will show you the most recent OTA update installed. And the timestamp of when it was installed.

I don't think it deletes them, it just shows the most recent. Mine is still showing one installed back on Dec 19.

Everything in mine is working pretty good right now so I figure an OTA update has to be right around the corner to fix that

Huum, taping Settings gives me two choices, Software Updates (with an s) & Vehicle Access. Taping Software Updates gives me the two "choices" I mentioned before, except they're not really choices because if you tap on them to make a change the app just gives you a help page instructing you to go into your Bronco and make any changes through the dash screen. In other words no Release Notes...

I'm on an Android pixel phone, so maybe the FordPass app is different for different OS's??

The last OTA update that I was supposed to receive failed. That was on December 4th. The one before that seemed to have taken away the animation on the infotainment screen and replaced it with an outline of a Bronco logo. I'm kinda salty about that because I liked that animation. Anyone else have that happen to them?

First thing I would check is the battery. My 450 will trigger all kinds of warnings like that when the batteries are weak.
Think about it like this. The Bronco has a series of computers that fire up in series at startup. A weak battery doesn’t properly awake all of them hence the warnings.

Yes. Now the outline. Original startup image is gone and replaced.

Yeah the rolling rock bronco animation is gone, which seems to make the infotainment start up much faster and less glitchy than before.
