I am having the same problem, no updates whatsoever since I got it in 2021. I called Ford and they told me to have auto updates on (it was) and put in scheduled days for update which was blank but I have put a day in now... so not sure if it will ever update.
VIN? PM is fine.

You're also on Sync 21091 like the OP. You have an APIM update pending for you, so the update you need to progress is there. Modem is working fine and the truck is talking to the cloud. Just like the OP, I see no reason why you aren't getting updates. Last APIM update you got was in July 0f 2021.

I haven't been on this forum long. Was there an issue with job 1 2021 Broncos not getting updates like the job 1 2021 F150s and Mach Es?

I think I am in the same boat. Just bought a new to me 22 Big Bend, have auto updates on and scheduled update times. When I check for updates it says the current version (3.5.Something) is up to date, is this going to require a trip to the dealer? Coming up on my warranty expiring due to mileage.

If you don't have FDRS, yes.

Worse than the Sync 20301 issue? Do you remember which Sync version it was?
I would have to go look at the thread again, but the only way to fix it on my 2021 Bronco was to manually update using FDRS and it took 12 hours nonstop with FDRS to program everything.

I will check to see if I have that number handy...

21146 rev 145 power-up 1.9.0 was where I was stuck. It was delivered with 1.6.0 but updated once automatically, ever.

Many firms are still dealing with the outage caused by the CrowdStrike issue from last Friday. It’s possible some of the infrastructure may be impacted. Some systems required hands on to remediation.

That is not the reason why some Broncos have not updated since 2021

21146 is the Sync version you would get to once you got out of the broken 20301 on our trucks. Seems like you guys had the same issues here, which means there are many Broncos out there stuck in OTA limbo. What a sh*t show.

@Rosedp I am going to message you now.
