AMP Research Plug and Pray!

Got a set of the Plug & Play steps because my knees are 75 years old. Rig is a 23 Raptor. Went to install them today and after getting the old boards off and when I went to hang the mounting brackets I quickly realized there is NO ROOM for the motors. Instructions say they go in back but suspension components are in the way for sure. Double checked to see if brackets are different from side to side, they are not. I always heard AMP Research was the best - until I looked here and saw several comments.
Anybody know a brand that will work on a Raptor and preferably without tapping into the can bus?
May be hard to make out in the pic but my thumb is pointing to where the motor is supposed to go!

Something is installed wrong. The motors fit fine in the rear. Plenty of people on here have them including myself. Hard to tell the exact issue though by that picture.

They would fit fine except for the live valve system on the Raptor but if someone has done it on one I'd love to know how
