Jokes aside, do you really think moving will alleviate that problem they created? Also, interesting that 2-weeks ago your friend told you "everything looked full steam ahead". John didn't mention to him they were moving? Interesting. Any more insight?

Question for the legal knowledgeable people out there. If they change names of company (or close and start new company), does that wash their hands of the people the screwed over? I'm sure they have it down to an art by now.

The original owner of Glassworks Unlimited was Tim. John worked there during that time. I believe they are father/son (same last name). So if they did change names they will probably have John's wife listed as the owner, or some other family member.

It probably would help - sadly.

The average person might look up a company they want to buy from, but that doesn’t mean their past history and other companies will come up. Only super sleuths like on B6G get into those weeds.

It wouldn’t be a 100% clean slate for them, but it wouldn’t hurt. Look at how their former company, before ADV, came to light here until we (myself included) knew.

I’ve been interested in ADV products for a while now, but since I'm in Canada, I'm not very familiar with what's happening with the company. Can someone provide me with a summary of their current situation? I'm trying to understand what's going on.
