I would imagine it was north of 700 tops if they had enough to front APG $4.4 million over the last three years while also giving refunds to customers who requested it. We also truly do not know how much they still have banked away.

I’m just guessing off the 4.4 mil number. The crazy or sad part depending on your perspective is that only a small percentage of orders probably came from B6G members, and we probably made up the majority of cancellations. They brought in at least double that 4.4 million figure and gave nowhere near that back in refunds. They have to have a good chunk sitting somewhere still.

also, remember we prepaid FREIGHT on top of the top cost. there's a lot of money that has to be accounted for by all three parties. the freight for the adv top was north of 1,000. whereas my tor top freight is apprx 700. THATS ANOTHER CASH COW CHARGE WE ALL PAID FOR why the difference.

Without a doubt, ADV held onto a large portion of the hardtop revenue, maybe to fund a wedding, or other investments... I'll let folks do the research but you'll see what I mean.

ZoomInfo has ADV's revenue at $15.4M, and that isn't from fiberglass fenders.

This sounds like a very large accusation to make. As far as the lawsuit reads, it sounds like ADV paid APG everything that they got from this project to make this project happen. Honestly sucks that this happened, but I guess we will have to wait to see what comes of this lawsuit. I did end up getting my money back in a chargeback, so I personally have no skin left in this game.

I wonder if APG will ever speak up or just stay silent the entire time?
