When did this get posted? I thought ADV was refunding people no questions asked? I guess the refund train has left the station unless that is an old policy.

Im pretty sure it was like this when I looked at the end of last year even. And they’ve refunded people since.

Hmm...

This has been stated since day 1 of preorders (nothing on that product page has changed in regards to wording). We have offered refunds to all customers when they have requested it. We will adjust the wording in that section now to reflect that refunds are allowed at request.

I am glad they are adhering to the last communication process.
I agree, the install doesn't look that intimidating, I found the trick is to stop the video between procedures and take it in slowly.
still have to go over the video many times to get it in my head correct. The laptop will be on a second table outside and I plan on stopping it at every step.

Looks really , really nice.

Now lets get the damn things out of Production .

Same here , looked back a couple of times and it’s the same page

What production aspect would they be in , all the production is on the user end . They are just gathering parts ……are they assembled and then taken back apart ?

Do they have checking bucks that the parts have to set on to assure they are not deformed , are the encapsulated nuts checked for thread damage/ proper depth ?

Delays are one thing , getting treated like a mushroom is starting to wear.

If you guys are sitting on a dock waiting for a boat just say that , it would sit better .

For me its not so much about the difficulty or time to assemble, but which is better a top made as a single unit or one bolted together?

You obviously don't understand the impact of COVID-19 on supply chain management... and.... umm... global warming... and... umm... maybe they're still trying to spec a cardboard box to ship the pieces... and... umm...

On a serious note, starting to wonder when attorneys get involved... 3-years? 4-years?

I know, we all get it. Smoke and mirrors at this point. Wasn’t expecting a new “Image”, (sorry), after two weeks showing my top has been completed. Especially since we’ve been told they were “in final assembly “ since last June.
