Not sure if this is one of the users on here or not but an update was provided by one of the customers via google reviews yesterday:

UPDATE: Called and spoke to the owner today, 3/6/2024. My hard top is in production, no longer in final assembly.... not sure how you go backwards in production cycle. John is now telling me that my hardtop will finish production sometime in mid April, so we have missed delivery date yet again. The blame this time is the same as last time, labor shortages and production issues.... it's been the same song & dance for over 8 months. Each time I call, they give me an ETA of the next month. I've been waiting since October of 2022, so I might has well keep waiting. Just think others should know what they are getting into before they place an order.

Get a refund. I did. These guys aren't going to ship tops and any support or warranty stuff will be impossible. This thing is a refund now or class action and get pennies later.

LMAO!!!

QOUTE from above:
" My hard top is in production, no longer in final assembly.... not sure how you go backwards in production cycle. "

Well, once it was determined final assembly takes place at your house, everybody's order had to bump back a notch or three in the "production" cycle until they can actually ship it.

Enjoy the wait!
It'll be worth it!
Stay pumped!
Hang in there!
by November? I meant IN November, .....maybe.

"You are the manufacturer"

Maybe I missed it, but I had no idea the top was going to be in all those pieces to put together. I remember them taking about some assembly. I figure the back window, motor, stuff like that. Having all those molded pieces and trying to mate them together, no wonder they had issues. That back section needs to be all one piece.

Pieces? I received fiberglass mesh, 3 gallons of epoxy and a putty knife.

Some of y’all are really misreading this entire situation. If your top says it’s in final assembly on the tracker that means they’re waiting on you now. So y’all go ahead and book flights to China and take some tools with you so you can put em’ together and bring it back. šŸ™ƒ

Ford Bronco ADV Production Modular Hardtop! thats-damn-good-thats-good

But hey, " The tops were technically acceptable back in April/May and was better than the OEM hardtop but we do not settle " , We want the customer to have to suffer while we circle jerk them...

And dont forget, ADV ā€œspent millions (of our customers dollars) to make sure the hardtops were the best on the marketā€ā€¦

FYI- If you are a ā€˜21 Bronco buyer who went soft top to get your Bronco faster you will be receiving an email soon with the option to get an OEM with priority for $5k.

so your options at this point are:

ADV - next week- next month- never - but when it arrives you gotta build it and 100% up front and you pay 2x the going shipping rate
TOR - If you get on the list now sometime like October or sooner as they are ramping up capacity. No deposit required.
AC - not sure what they are quoting but I’m guessing about the same as TOR
Rallytop- Anytime I believe
Armadillo - Soon they say.
OEM Ford - Depends on when you bought your Bronco but I’d hope June or July

They don’t post much on here anymore, but have no problem posting new content every couple of days on social media. Maybe they found out where they could find more funds for their operation while being able to hide/delete comments and control the narrative.

@ADV Fiberglass, you have nothing to lose by being more upfront with this whole situation. If it’s a parts supply issue, let us know what parts are holding things up. If it’s a quality issue, let us know what challenges you’re facing. If it’s a labor shortage, let us know what you’re working with. Your silence is making it more and more difficult for anyone to believe these excuses. You gotta give us some specifics so we can sympathize. Literally the only reason to stay quiet at this point is because it’s actually worse than you’re letting on. The longer this drags out, the more difficult it’ll be to salvage any reputation you have here.
